If there was effective communication, changes in reservoir pressure caused by production through the 11-26 well could result in gas that CrossAlta was storing on behalf of its customers to migrate into the Basal Quartz and to be produced through the well. … At the hearing, Kallisto and CrossAlta agreed that the Basal Quartz “A” pool and the Elkton Storage Reservoir were in communication, but they disagreed with respect to the cause of this communication.
